The award was presented during the Gala celebration at the 10th annual International Indigenous Tourism Conference (IITC) on March 9, 2023.
ITAC’s national awards are available to Indigenous-owned tourism businesses across Canada, and this year’s award atracted over 60 nominations. The award recognized Dakota Dunes Resort’s innovation and excellence in its operations, while showcasing authentic Indigenous culture and experiences.
